From what I can gather, the Nurse found a woman she became obsessed with. The woman had a boyfriend. The Nurse, Being a Yandere, and therefore having a dangerous stalker-type personality, decided to get rid of the boyfriend. The nurse used syringes filled with something to make the woman she's obsessed with eat her (the woman, not the nurse's) boyfriend. And this scene is the aftermath; looks like it's right after she ate her boyfriend.
