In my opinion I think the "split" horn design would look good on her. If I am not clear, I am referring to how the horns would branch, each curving differently; like one branch goes foreward and the other goes backward.
I like #1 and #3 the second one is a little too similar to that one LoL character. Unless you want to go that route :) (Mind you I have no experience in LoL, but I have a lot of wallpapers of all the fem characters on auto rotation on my desktop)
I think, all in all, the bottom one is my favorite. It has a look that's more distinct to her.
The horns, I think I like equally large or small, but the bottom hair is definitely a winner.
