Rocket and a hypothetical version of Lylla's MCU self having some fun after escaping from the research lab. We never see Rocket's belly in the movie but he does have the oblong implants below his collarbones and I extrapolated some more based on the idea that they are attached to his augmented ribcage. Lylla's run along her spine as do Rocket's.
I changed Rocket's color again, keeping him brown but making him a lower saturation brown to match his movie coloration more closely. The lighter colored front is my own touch. Lylla's color is based on her appearance in the backstory of Annihilators: Earthfall. The idea of her having implants along her back came from a pic I saw on Tumblr but if they were both experimented on it makes sense.
In retrospect many of the implants are a bit big and presumably the two eventually replaced the large "bolt heads" with smaller ones.
Rocket has a large rectangular implant like Lylla's that almost looks like something plugs into it. I like the idea that he has to periodically plug a computer or power source into it and this is difficult to do, but he won't ask for help and doesn't even want others to know he has to do it because it would make him feel helpless.

if i ask.... will it be consider spoiler for the future marvel movie plot? if it is don't answer this
....who is it that experimented on them both? I'm always curious but i'm afraid if it's like a plot twist it might ruin the surprise for me when watching :C

The short answer is we do not know. The Xandarians probably know but the idea that Rocket (and possibly Lylla) were the subjects of illegal experimentation is strictly an invention for the MCU.

In the comics they came from a planet of genetically engineered animals and mentally ill people whom they were designed as caretakers for.
Or something.

His backstory is slightly hazy in the comics due to a retcon and maybe another upcoming retcon (time will tell). In the movie we know he's from Halfworld and knows Lylla but we don't know much about either of those.

Is Rocket from that new Guardians of the Galaxy movie?

Correct. In the movie he is cybernetically enhanced and you can see some of the implants at various times in the movie.

Are the belly stitches indicating his new ability to consume living beings?

They were inspired by this excellent comic: https://e621.net/post/show/528084/

Oh man, I love that comic.
It just seems to sum up their relationship so well:
"Comfort me in my hour of need or I'll shoot you in the face."
