Really digging the size difference; seems elves are just plain bigger than canon! (Dwarves being knee-high instead of just half as tall as humans and elves. I LIKE IT.)

Man, I am hoping like CRAZY that he gets to adapt the Silmarillion!
I THINK I've read somewhere that Tolkien's estate denied him permission to use the Silmarillion for some reason (hence why he doesn't reference them directly in the films) but I could be wrong. I'm hoping I'm wrong!
Just imagine what he could do with Morgoth, or the Valar, or Ancalagon the Black!
