Maybe the underside of the pancakes could have some darker shading to make them 'pop' more. I am not sure if you are going with that kind fo detail on this this particular pic though.
Now that the critique is out of the way,
I just love this image~ the pancakes look so well drawn, they look like they would feel really nice~ and the syrup is just gorgeous~
