The talent show had just ended and the results were given to Gertrude. Looking at the tallied results she saw that the acrobatic feats of the school's twin gymnastic athletes were the victors, just barely beating the magician's performance by a few points. She went backstage to go fetch them, congratulating all of the runner-ups as friendly a role-model like her should. Unable to find them, she went in the girl's locker room, which was across the hallway to one of the entrances of the auditorium. Once there, Gertrude was surprised to find another person along with the exhausted sitting twins, their young mother, facing away from the door and talking to them.

The trio hadn't noticed her enter the locker room, and cheerful Gertrude started to open her mouth to congratulate the family, but an ecstatic shout from the mother interrupted her. "AHA! See what happens when you listen to mommy? Thanks to daddy's little drugs-" the mother rattled small white bottle held in her hand "this little contest was in our hands the whole-" The two twins froze in their seats, eyes wide-open as they discovered they were not alone. The mom stopped mid-sentence as soon as she realized something was wrong. Turning, she saw a cross-armed principal staring at her dead in the face. Gertrude was blocking the only exit with her large form. Pulling out a ring of keys, she took all the time she needed to find the right one and locked the door behind her. The three women gulped simultaneously when Gertrude turned her head at them after an unusually loud *click* echoed across the room.

The principal turned her body to face them and silently walked toward them, visibly upset as a snarl formed on her bottom lip. Her eyes turned almost clear and saliva began drooling from the edges of her maw. She said as deathly sweet as she could muster, "Congratulations, you're this year's winners."

"And the winner of this year's talent competition is... Billy and his magic hat! Come up here Billy!" The crowd roared in cheer as a short chubby panda boy in a cape ran up the stairs to the stage in utter joy. He approached the podium from which Gertrude made her announcement. He happily bowed his head to receive his medal, but his expression changed to that of fear when Gertrude turned to face him. In that brief moment of time, Billy was overcome by fright, for he heard the voices of three girls coming forth from within his principal's distended girth. Only to him were the voices audible over the cheers aimed at him, and he thought he could see the distraught facial features of those three unfortunate individuals. He remained frozen as Gertrude placed the medal over his neck with a smile. Turning quickly back to the audience, Gertrude announced "Thank you all for coming! Make sure to be prepared for school tomorrow- *BRAAP*" A rather loud belch escaped from Gertrude's lips, following what sounded like a quieter "excuse me" as she covered her mouth in embarrassment. She straightened her recently retailored pink jacket, once again on the edge of bursting, and sheepishly grinned at the audience that gazed at her with slight awkwardness. Yet, not a single person except for her and little Billy, still paralyzed with fear beside her, knew of her still struggling belly hidden from other eyes from behind that wide podium. As she waved goodbye to all the parents, kids, and teachers, she turned her head slightly towards the new transfer student and said to him through gritted teeth "See you at school tomorrow Billy."

Some more lovely Gert art. The expression on those faces is really detailed! If you zoom in on one of them it almost looks like they're crying. c': Welp, good thing they had the huge podium this year. Gotta look professional even if you go binging on delinquents!
