More than a party, it looks like Pinkie went to a sleepover with her friend Applejack. I imagine her sleeping on AJ's bed or even eating breakfast with the rest of the Apple Family without noticing or caring they are staring at her huge belly.

Or in the best case, Granny Smith takes it naturally and she's just happy to see what a good relationship Pinkie has with her granddaughter, and how much Pinkie seems to like her breakfasts as she asks for more plate after plate.

After breakfast, Granny Smith winks at Pinkie and tells her she and Applejack will always be well received in their home.
