All my close friends and first watcher already know her: Starbeam! She was originally TheUnknown 's OC, but recently, Spacey has somehow left his realm, leaving the commands to Lagoon and Imber. The poor mare got left alone, and we gladly accepted her in our realm, as another scientist, a chemist this time !
According to her original owner, she does not come from earth. Yep, you understood me: she comes outer space, she lived in a comet! Spacer and her were watching earth from their big comet, with their family. And one day, they have collected enough of stardust to simply come on earth, so much this planet looked entertaining and full of surprises. They of course pretended to be common pegasi, never revealed their true origin.
This idea just made me want to develop the 'alien' aspect of Starbeam, imagining her a special morphology and anatomy, which you can see some of them on the right page:
-Her eyes. They are normally irisless, there is only her pupils that are a bright degradation of pink. She actually use the iris, making blood veins around her eye bulging, to have a sort of natural microscope binocular, in order to make an analysis of a compound in a quick and effective way. Do not worry, she is actually winking at you, and see what your tegument is made of!
-Her mane and tail: As she has hooves, manipulating vial and chemic stuff would be very hard, but in fact, in each piece of hair, there is muscle and nervous fibers, so she can make them move and grab various things! Right now, her tail is hanging her lab coat and her mane is lifting up her potion necklace and chemist glasses.
-She actually have one normal tongue, and a second one, which is a bit thinner, but far more longer, coming in fact from her Stomach! This Tentacle-tongue is good for dragging small preys in her guts, but also in her intestines, if the prey is coming from the back entrance... And of course, she will be still able to taste her meals directly inside her stomach, or lead them into her food storage sac annexed to her digestive room, for many reasons!
-Her anus is used to welcome explorers, so she can command voluntary the opening of the anal sphincter. From it to the ceacum, which is another sac a bit big in equine animals, the tract has some bioluminescent flesh buds, to provide lights for the explorers!
-Finally: her wings... that are not wings in fact... Those are not feathers, but thin muscled expansions that give the illusion of a pair of wings. Each strands are full of brain tissue, developed for the ability of Telekinesis! I have not done well the blue waves on the drawing, to make it clear, but you can see each strands are pointing to an object: her bag, a potion, a rope and Teb. She is using Telekinesis on those! Another way for her to perform her salve making without having paws or hands!
But I think most of you wants to have those information: She is a pink mare, creator of the shrinking potion that she mainly uses to shrink other ponies and to take them with her and play before eating them. She pretty much lusty, would be depressed if she does not find somepony to help herself with her needs quickly, explaining why she captures her prey to keep them for some time in case of penury. She is also a bit lunatic. By that I mean she can from very friendly and all to aggressive and trying to kill you quickly if you made her upset! I can assure you she is skilled for that, especially since I provided her dragon compounds...
Whooo, that was a lot to write but I think I have said all that was needed ^.=.^! I hope the 'book' drawing format is good, and that you will be happy to see a mare has join the realm! I am happy the previous owner accepted the new Starbeam, this was a way for me to be less scared of extra-terrestrial (thanks Mars Attack ><!), so do not be scared of her alien side, there is no reason as long as you did not make her upset x3!

Sure she had a high potential ^.=.^! I think the next step would be a closer look on her original rump anatomy...
Aaand yeah, well, I am not that scared anymore, just a little silly between dragons and demons >.w.>...

Hmmm that is for sure a good question... I do not think she already had been confronted to mechanical creatures, at least you will be new for her ^w^. Also, as you are not 100% biologic, better not using her shrinking potion on you...
