(that's not a suggestion, by the way)
here's another thing I don't really know how to explain?? my friend Cpt showed me this game that I can't play because it's fucking region locked but he was able to get into it somehow, and it has a bunch of boats that are personified as cute girls, and Tenryuu (this chick) in particular is hot and he wrote a story about her eating little fairies and also some more boats, and that was hot too. so I drew her. the fairy is Ceru because I'm garbage and was too lazy to look up the visual appearance of a canon one! :'> also I made her chub because I like that. it's cute. shut up.
I have noticed that I really seem to enjoy my 'finger trailing drool from evilly grinning mouth' pose a lot because I've drawn it at least a few other times, but it's not like my gallery is known for its great variety of content anyway \o/

I'm more of a Nagato man myself. Both the real battleship, and the personification, though tenryuu does have a special place in my heart.
Good art by the way. Also, pretty sure there is a way to get past the region lock, don't know it myself, but there has to be a way, right?

Also, there's an anime you can watch *on crunchyroll if you must* and a few official manga's as well. As well as a whole lot of fan works which are pretty good

I honestly don't know much about the game, sadly; I just watched my friend play it, and I like what he's told me and what he's written! I wish I were better informed about cool history stuff like that, but I'm just a dork who likes to draw characters I find attractive... and I'm still learning the names of all the characters, lol. (I looked up Nagato, though, and she's beautiful, I can see what's to like @V@)
Anyway, thanks! I know there's a way to get past the region lock, yes, but... all my attempts so far have been unsuccessful. I may try again, but nothing seems to be working. ;~;

Well I hope you find a way to get past it, since it seems like you'd enjoy that. but one of the reasons I like Nagato is (Besides her beauty of course), she *Ship* survived the war, but was then used to test atomic weaponry, which ended up sinking her. which is kind of tragic, in a way.
Also, don't know if you know, but Tenryuu has a sister, Tatsuta. Who is also one of my favorites.
Well I do at least hope you draw more kantai collection at some point, because you do it fantastically, seriously your art style goes with it wonderfully

Awww... that is depressing, yeah. She actually survived, only for that to happen and sink her anyway. ;_;
And yes, I've seen Tatsuta!! She's extremely cute <3 I like them both a lot, their colors and style of dress/ship parts/etc really appeals to me. I may draw some more at some point if the inspiration strikes. My friend's story may have the potential to accomplish that, ehehe... and thank you, that makes me really glad to hear! My art doesn't always mesh perfectly with everything I'm sure, I adapt it a little depending on the source material but it's nice to know that it works for this game.

And Tenryuu sunk a year before tatsuta did. And Nagato was sunk with two other ships, Sakawa and Prinz Eugen, as well as a whole lot of obsolute US ships. I mean even without the personification, it's tragic to me, because they had history, even if it was "bad" it was still a loss of something irreplaceable.
But I do hope you draw more of this, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to see Nagato in your style. Also, I think i-19 (Iku) has a pretty good design in the game as well

That game certainly sounds like fun, and frankly the pose is a pretty dang good one to use! Tiny Ceru is adorable and chub is super duper cute too! Nothing like a nice muffin top on a predator! ...Am I using too many exclamation points?!!!

I use more than one in a row for some reason sometimes. :T The game looks like fun from my perspective, but I wish I could actually play it... I sadly only get the chance to watch (until I can figure out how to get past the region lock).

And thanks dude!! I've been having fun with all my random doodles... I didn't used to submit sketches very often, but they've been getting cleaner and nicer as of late, and people seem to really like them, so I don't see why not. ;v;

I may have drawn something that isn't rocks for 1 image, but trust me, man, I'm not out of rock hell yet. I don't know if I EVER will be. The impulse to draw hot space rocks has cemented itself deep within my very soul. :I but yes, it's good if I can at least throw in some pictures that AREN'T rocks every once in a while, I agree. :'D And thank you for your lovely compliments. It's flattering to think that you'd say even my sketches are outstanding.

yeah, I've kinda gotten stuck drawing a lot of girls lately... it's just been what I feel like, I'm still so enthused about SU and all my characters from it (... and Peridot) that it's hard to resist the urge to keep drawing that stuff. unfortunately for people who like guys, that means I haven't been drawing any-- though I'm glad you at least don't mind, and honored that you liked some of them despite M/F not being your thing! I hope to continue drawing both M/F and F/F in the future... it's mostly dependent on what I'm obsessing over. ;v;

But yeah, thanks!! So far she is definitely my favorite, I may be a bit biased due to how I got into the game (since she was the character that drew me in to begin with) but I just adore her design and attitude @V@

Thank you!! I don't fancy myself too good at drawing mechanical parts, actually... that's why I didn't draw the rest of her boat-pieces that go on her back, I was way too lazy for that, but I had to at least make sure I got her little ear-things right. ;v; They're too cute not to.
