A commission I ordered from the ever-talented Natsumemetalsonic (I hope I got that right).
Nina: "I'm sorry I had to do this, but you two wouldn't stop picking on me. Maybe now you won't treat me like as an inferior person, as I've already been through that. I hope Ryu won't mind..."
Deis: "I don't know how you did this, but when I get out, you're toast!"
Katt: "How'd she do this? It's not possible... is it?"
Well it looks like our favorite black winged Wyndia finally managed to get rid of her rivals. Very effectively, mind you. In all of Deis' hundreds years of her life, she never thought that she'd lose to Nina. As for Katt, well, this just proves that brains are better than brawn. Now the two of them will digest away, hopefully adding some nice additions to our winged princess. I'm sure Ryu won't mind. Makes it easier for him to decide on who will be his girlfriend, and he certainly got the best one. That's the best way to end a rivalry.

Hmm... hadn't thought of that, tbh. But I'll file away that suggestion for now, as I have other stuff to work on first. But thanks for the input, I'll think about it and work from there.
Though, in truth, there is a story already made that is somewhat like this. The story: Bird of Prey, though it only features Nina and Katt, but the situation is very similar, as Katt bullies Nina a lot to the point Nina swallows her to put an end to it. It's in my Writing album if you want to check it out.

That's true, and our Nina is holding true to it (except that one image thatonedude order, where Angel Dragon bested Nina). But what cr055x says is also true. An agreement from one generation doesn't mean the others follow suit. But since this one (Nina II) is more passive, she might not consider it unless she truly has to, so I don't think another rivalry will be needed. So gryphon girl may be off the hook... for now.

I think it dates back even further, to when Nina 1 squared off with Deis and won. So it looks like it's a family trait that spans the generations.

Not many girls for her to swallow. Deis doesn't have a physical form, and I like Ursula, so that limits the options. Plus Breath of Fire IV isn't high on my list to begin with, it's a bit too cruel, especially after the whole Fou-Lu/Mami bit.
