Well, I am going to bet it was all Bluebell's idea, and Floria went along with it bwcause Floria knows how to enjoy the important things in life. Myla will be mad for a while, but I'd say it's worth it.
Look at Bluebell's smile, she's having the time of her life! I wonder if Garret will let them out, though...
