I don't really like to post artwork I get since the favourites and acknowledgement don't belong to me, but a good friend of mine went to Anime Expo recently and commissioned Skullgirls and Indivisible artist Alex Ahad to draw my Chain Chomp girl as a birthday gift to me! I couldn't resist sharing since I know some of you guys like my chompy lady! ♥
I honestly never expected this, and I have to say, Alex did a splendid job on capturing her demeanor. I'm so grateful! /o\

I know how you feel about getting unwarranted acknowledgement. >.< I frequently repost commissions I get and put the artist links RIGHT THERE, and yet people STILL insist on thinking that I drew it up.

It's a bit of a conundrum, especially for the artist themselves. You'd think that the spreading around MIGHT help with exposure, but there are still quite a hefty amount of people that tend to overlook source details haha...
Ahh well! Can't read 'em all I guess.

I think the trade-off of people seeing something they might not have otherwise is worth a little confusion.
Anyways, Alex Ahad has an awesome style, it's always good to see more of his work.

Oh my. I did not expect to see this here of all things. Alex Ahad is one of my absolute favorite artists, and this is such a fun concept to see them draw~

Oh shoot, you got art done by alex??? Man that's a dream like no other.
I've hung out with him many times at various Evolution tournies, he's a great dood.
He did a wonderful job :D
