"This is why we have indoor plumbing," Smokey said at the time, because with his belly so swollen around an unfortunate lemur-man the fur no longer concealed the skin Rick appeared to have an horrific growth swelling out of his middle. He couldn't very well use an outhouse and risk someone seeing him and realizing what had happened. Smokey carried him to a bed so he could sleep off his meal, as the inexperienced little pred had no practice at all walking when so distended.

In fact the only horrible thing that was happening was the fate of the lemur. By the time Rick went out in public again all that was left of the primate was a football-sized mass of fur the raccoon hacked up in private and Rick's suddenly much more snug fitting uniform. You put on some weight after swallowing someone 8/10 of your weight.

It was the first time Rick ever ate someone and it wouldn't be the last, though his petite frame meant only the rare diminutive troublemaker would fit down his throat. Smokey got the bigger ones, but they were always on the lookout for someone both small enough for Rick to swallow and deserving of a trip through a raccoon's digestive tract.

This is only the second time I've done a "skin shows through fur" belly and it's pretty nasty looking. Variety is good, but maybe I will do a non-goiter version. 83
