You decide to haggle the elf down. You tell him that you're not sure if you want to pay full price for all the tomes, considering you might be able to find a better deal elsewhere. He's not the only one with these tomes in town, after all.
"Heh. I get what you're saying, but I think you're not quite getting it." He smirks a bit at you. "Listen, I'm pretty well off. I get enough business that I don't have to compete too much. I got a good spot right here in the market, so I get plenty of gold. Besides, the runes I also sell are high quality. Probably the best in the city. So, I don't haggle. However, I do make deals." You ask him exactly what he's looking for with this deal of his. "This shops is also my house. I got a nice private room back here. You come back here and we have some fun, and I'll give you one of the tomes for free. Convince the deer to join in, and you'll get two. Hell, you bring in a third cutie and I'll give you all three. Might even throw some extra stuff in there if you manage to make it real fun."
You think for a moment. You seriously doubt that you'll be able to convince Elykae to join in. You could probably convince Tassri to join in, though you worry that the elf may not survive the encounter. However, you're still not honestly sure if that would be much of a bad thing. You're still curious on what happened to the lamia. You decide to ask him where the lamia lived. Surely he at least knows that. "Where she lived? You're certainly interested in her, aren't you?" He thinks for a moment. "An apartment in the residential district. Though really, when I hired her, she mentioned that she moved around a lot. No telling if she's even still in the city." He moves back into the store for a moment before coming back with a piece of paper. "Here, I think this is her address. If you do find her, let her know that she's welcome to come back if she's got the right attitude. She can't say I didn't pay well."
As you take the paper, you look around and realize that Elykae has wandered off. She's still close by, but appears to be talking with the occasional person. You tell the elf that you'll consider his "deal" and move over to the deergirl. She turns to you as you approach. "It would appear that Tassri recently came through here. An arachne stands out in people's minds." You nod, saying that you doubted that she would be hard to find. "She went down this street not long ago, according to some of the people I asked." Elykae points down a nearby street. "They also said that she had a few others with her." You start to get worried for a moment. "No humans or elves. We shouldn't have to worry about her causing trouble but..." She looks down the street. "With how she is, there's no telling what she's doing."
You look down the street as well. "Tassri's the arachne woman, right? The one with big uh... You know." Nerron asks, and you nod, explaining that she's been living on her own for quite a while, so she acts a bit strangely. "I see. Might be a bit risky to just let her run around like that. The city has a lot of people who would try to take advantage of someone like her." You're more worried about her taking advantage of other people, but the drake has a point. "Though uh... I'll admit, I don't have tons of time. I don't want to rush things or anything, and I'm find with just hanging out for now, but if you wanted to do something more... fun, then we should probably get to it soon. I mean, it can always wait. I'm in no hurry. I know better than to pressure a girl. I can help you find this Tassri though. Or the lamia. I'm honestly getting a bit curious about that. If something weird does seem to be happening, I can probably use some of my on-duty time to look into it." He's a flirt, but it does seem like he's fairly nice. You're starting to realize that now might be a bit of an awkward time though. You should probably find Tassri, though you could just let Elykae go keep an eye on her. At the same time, you still need to make a decision on the elf. And you've learned a little bit of a lead on the lamia, so you could possibly look for her. It's still just midday though, so you don't feel like you need to rush too much.

This update does feel like a bit of filler, though there is a bit more information, I guess.

I think the drake man deserves lewds, hes been very nice so far and though he does not have a lot of time we do so repay his niceness with lewdness I say!

Well, you're still technically right if you're referring to the first What If, where "What if Floria succeeded in flirting with her" and Myla may had become nothing more than a snack.

I literally just made a point previously about just paying full price for the books, we have the money, and what he's offering isn't worth it, he was trouble when when we came here with Edris and he will be trouble now. I say we just pay full price for the books and go find Tassri.

Ignore the elf, we have enough other options for lewds that aren't are jerk like this elf. Also we don't need the tomes. Right now we know a little of everything, but nothing particularly well. And spreading our skills even further doesn't do us any good. Focus on earth and fire magic instead.
Let's find Tassri next, the poor people don't know what they are up again. If we find her, we can have fun with her and drake guy. Just let Elykae out of it, poor girl is already regretting her choice to travel with us.
Not sure about the lamia, this is an awkward situation were we players have more knowledge than our character, because what if. Floria has no real reason to pursue her.

Just realized that if we go after the lamia, she has to think of us as a bigger pervert than the elf. Last time she saw us, we failed at flirting with her and now it will look like we came back to try again.

Buy the tomes with gold, we don't really have time to indulge a pervert at the moment haha.
Might be a good idea for us all to go and find Tassri. If anything we should regroup and hash out the plan for tomorrow, seeing as we won't be able to catch the afternoon ship if we want to meet the commander.
Later we can always come back and look for the red lamia if nothing of importance comes up!

We will tell Elykae to let Tassri know about the deal mr Ken suggested, as I am interested to hear what she has to say about it.
As for what to do with Nerron, I am fine either way. Lewds, or postpone it. Either way, we spend our free time after the deed is done to investigate the lamia's house and see if we can catch her nearby. And hopefully we don't waste our charisma check next time.

The lad seems to be getting this treatment from any who he asks. He has no etiquette in swooning ladies. Had someone given him a chance to mentor him perhaps he will have better luck.
Even so we have no real buisness to deal with if we do not wish to buy anything. Personally I think it would be against mylady's nature not to do something with him. Past examples have shown her behavior. If mylady was alone I would bet she would accept the offer.
Moving on now, I say we find madam Tassri. Knowing she has a group following her is not encouraging. Leave the lamia to the Drake lad.

A last note that slipped my thoughts. Mylady is bound to have her weekly cycle repeat soon. Best she find a spot to lay before any activities. It would be quite embarassing in the midst of passion if she produces an egg. It may give the drake lad a heart attack thinking he had something to do with it.
A side note to this, is this how wyvern folk are made? I wonder...

We need to track down Tassri before us and our party gets forced to escape the city. The drake is free to join, but we might be in trouble since he is a part time guard and may be forced to act if Tassri is trying to melt citizens. Probably best to ask him if he can see if that red lamia is still at the address. Party needs snek.

Go check the lamia's address to make sure Creepy Elf Guy isn't lying. If he isn't, we should be able to ask some neighbors about her.

Welcome back! Hopefully the young'uns weren't warped too much at the reunion? ^_^
Anyway, just buy any Tomes we don't already have and get a list of what runes he sells. Here's a vote for no funny business with the Elf.
Afterwards, let's go looking for the Lamia. Tassri can take care of herself. In fact, spidergal specifically asked us for some space so let's give it to her.
Lewds with Nerron and Tassri tonight, plus anyone else pervyspider drags along in her webs. Let's also invite Elykae, but expect her to politely decline.

I am honestly torn between looking for the lamia and looking for Tassri.
Looking for the lamia may potentially gain us another ally who may surprisingly get along with the others (despite the first What If). Also, if it turns up that she if she had fallen to an ill fate, will give true reason to deal with and rid ourself with the elf. And just to add in, we should invite him to our apartment later, as the shopping district is busy and will notice his disappearance after we've left the shop (even at night).
As for looking for Tassri as she can put us in a position to deal with that elf, but I don't want to rid a common day perv if he's nothing more than that. He's creepy, but Floria is not the type to just dispose of someone for being a creep (in my eyes anyways). Though, if we are actually interested in getting free tomes, Tassri may be more than capable of doing so.

We go after Tassri.
The spider is not used to city ways and is powerful enough to get in serious trouble without realizing it. She also has hang-ups that could lure her into trouble.
Since we can prevent immediate trouble, if we get there in time, we go after her now.
So we go in the direction we are told and ask people until we find her.
The Elf may be far worse, but there is no sign of immediate trouble, so he can wait
Possible elf danger: Elf knows shrink spell and this could be his perversion. We know several female assistants have vanished and while the official story of his coming on too hard is reasonable, it could be a cover story for his dining habits .
We can't accuse him based on speculation, but we can avoid him, or try to set a trap. But right now we need evidence that this is more than a guess.
If we get lucky, our spider hunting will bring us close to where we can check the address, but likely we have to split the party.
Send Nerron off to check the address. Also check on other missing girls. That won't be easy since we don't want to alarm the elf and so can't ask him, but the city guard or some neighbors might remember something. Remind him he may be investigating major crime, and saving our lives, for which we would be "very grateful", even if it turns out to be a false alarm.
The odds are this is nothing, and Nerron will find the girls living here and there after lots of footwork, but that would be dull. And so we might end up being bait in a trap.
So tell the elf we will think about his party idea and let him know. But in our trip around town, we will be looking for anti-magic, protection from shrink/sleep/etc and/or grow potion/spell...
We are a nice girl who likes to help everyone, often in perverted ways, but we certainly can't ignore the chance something horrible is happening.

Ideally this ends with the Lamia not being dead, so we can recruit her and have a friend who doesn't want to fuck us silly 9 out of 10 hours.

Give Elykae a hug and express how much you would enjoy her company for lewds with Nerron. Nerron can follow the lead on the lamia while he is on duty. (Let's not forget our engagement tonight with another lewd session).
If Elykae joins us, then lewds for all, if she declines, have her scout the situation with Tassri.
