Kind of like the superintendent from Halo ODST .3. Technically they are inside her but not really inside of her. They'd have to be in her server room or in her database itself to be inside of her, they are just like tinies ON a macro's body. not really in

Talking about 'technically', first of all we can't compare a city to a macro human body. But since you mentioned some stuffs so I will try some too.
You said the server room or database.
That's more like brain or spine.
If you say that they are the only part of actual herself,
then for us, only the brain or nerve system are the only ourselves.
Thus technically our stomach is not inside of 'us'.
Since the stomach is just only flesh controlled by the brain/spine.
Even... having ways up to the mouth/anus.
Those ways are technically not 'closed' at all time.
Even cells of digestive system are all connected to each others like a chain. so it's kinda hard to tell which part starts from where. I mean, the very starting point of the different type of cells. in microscopic way.
So in the underground city, like I said it's technically not closed though at the same time not exposed to the 'sun light', where is 'on'?
Can we also say that a prey is just 'on' the stomach floor(if we can tell which is the floor and which is the wall), not 'inside' of the macro?
Yes we can. Technically. lol

Going back and re-reading this, I realized a couple things:
1: We never got the android's name
2: Said android's face and expression style is very similar to the character Wrench's mask from Watch Dogs 2, which I'm pretty sure wasn't even conceptualized when she was introduced. Pretty cool!
