"Great training out there today Soarin'" Spitfire said as she took her Wonderbolt outfit off.
 
"Thanks Spitfire." Soarin' replied, placing his outfit in his locker and pulling out some deterrent and spraying it under his hoofs.
 
"I'm impressed, usually your sloppy for early morning training, but you appear to have a ton of energy. Are you trying a new workout program?" Spitfire asked.
 
"Well, you could say it's a new program." Soarin said, walking up to Spitifre.
 
"So what is it?" Spitifre asked.
 
"Well, I found this new food that's really good for protein and calorie intake. Gives me a lot of energy from all the calories I eat." Soaring explained, standing right behind Spitfire.
 
"Oh? And how much do you have-"
 
Spitfire turned around to see Soarin's jaw unhinged, and quickly found herself lodged deep within It. Soarin' had just eaten Spitifre's head, and soon swallowed. Spitifre's screams were muffled as Soarin's pushed her hooves together and swallowed, taking in most of her chest. Soarin's let go of a spitfire and just held her up, using gravity to help swallow her. He swallowed again, taking in the last of her wings. He licked at her yellow plot before swallowing the flanks, leaving only her legs which he soon pushed in an soon sucked her tail up before swallowing.
 
He let out a deep belch, and patted his now large struggling belly.
 
"...mares."

Rainbow Dash was nervous, she had just been called to Lieutenant Soarin's office, who she heard was going to be promoted to Captain! Something to do with Spitfire leaving Cloudsdale apparently. But right now she focused on the task ahead, and opened to door to see Soarin sorting with some paper work.
 
"Cadet Dash reporting!" She said while saluting. Soarin looked up and saluted back.
 
"Thank you for showing up Cadet Dash. I have an important issue I want to address with you." He said as he got out, showing he was in formal Wonderbolt uniform.
 
"Yes sir?" Dash asked as Soaring walked I front of her.
 
"I have a special promotion for you Cadet Dash. It's on the same rank as a Captain once was." Soarin said.
 
Dash's jaw dropped and immediately she began to think of the possibilites. She began to dream and wonder right before she felt something hit her head. She fell to the floor, looking up she saw Soarin lick his lips before everything went dark.

Applejack wiped the sweat off her brow as she walked into the barn. She put her hat back and and kept walking to the little table she had set up with five Apple pies freshly baked and ready to be eaten. She had a hard day of work and was waiting for a certain pony to show up.
 
She took one pie and began to eat as Soarin flew into the barn and closed the doors behind him, the only light coming from the windows up above. He walked over and began to eat the pie ferociously.
 
"My my Soarin, ya sure are hungry."
 
"You know it." He replied, before moving onto the second pie.
 
"Ya might wanna lay off tha pies there Soarin, ya got a bit of chub already on ya." Applejack said, pointing out his slightly chubby body and wider flanks.
 
"Oh this wasn't from eating pies Applejack." Soarin said, finishing the second pie.
 
"Well then what was it?" Applejack asked. Soarin chuckled before answering.
 
"Let me show you.."
 
After some time, Soarin could be seen leaving the barn, flying away with a huge gut that moved and bounced, letting out some gas.

"Whew, that was a big one."

Princess Twilight Sparkle walked through the green fields of aponyville while the moonlight lit the whole area. She did this to get away from the hustle and bustle of Princess life now and again. There was nothing except a few roaming clouds about, so she was sure she was alone.
 
She was worried though, she hadn't seen Applejack or Rainbow In a few days, wondering where they were and hoping they were okay.
 
"Cannonball!!!"
 
She was interrupted however as she heard a voice from above. She looked up to see two blue, fat cheeks before her whole world became dark. She just realised where she was.
 
Soarin rubbed his Flanks, he decided to try a different method to obtain the protein, because he had never devoured a unicorn let alone a Alicorn and those horns didn't go down well with his thoat.
 
He panted as he felt the wriggling mare deep in his butthole, to which his response was to let out a deep fart, hearing a scream. He chuckled as he stood up, half of the princess hanging out of him. He flew up once more before slamming his plot onto the ground, sending the rest of a twilight up his crack and a loud, smelly fart. He looked back and shook his chubby flanks while his meal struggled on their way to his stomach. Soarin laughs before taking to the air once more, flying away to his home.

Soarin smiled at himself, he looked at his flanks in the mirror to see the added fat he had gained. He shook and shakes his booty for a while before smiling to himself, enjoying his new diet and body fat. He would have to eat more often.
