Looks like Ryla is just waking up from a nice, long nap! Perfect for digesting someone who's far less happy about being in her stomach than she is about having them in there!
Looks like there's not much left now - just a small, gurgling bulge that should continue to slowly shrink over the course of the day!
Odds are...she'll be lounging around in that soft, comfy-looking bed for a long, long time....
