If your refering to the nude woman suit she is holding, it is part of her human disguise. The reason she went with the fursuit is that, while she can wear it no problem and eat someone with it on, it is significantly harder to put on after she's eaten someone.

Well, even if she could pass it off, she is very easily intimidated and prefers to keep out of sight. Who knows, maybe ONE of them might actually know what she is. So walking out as she is would draw to much attention to her for her taste.
