To further clarify, the detoxing process reverts her back to normal, her short 5ft 3 self, though she has the option of retaining a permanent trait through doing so, something that is amalgamated into her heavily limited shape-shifting abilities. Soul vore itself, while one of her methods of torturing her victims, requires a very heavy expenditure in order to "Process" their souls. Much more often, she simply eats people, and absorbs only a small part. These little fragments remain swimming around until the detox, where she burns everything off, generally putting her out of action for a while.
Also damn Saint I love how she turned out, incredible hybrid details~

To be honest a lot of this was worked on with Saint, derived from an idea he'd had with spoiler. So I can't take all the credit ^^
