A bit of an obscure one, even for fans of pregnancy fetishism. It's a movie titled San-nen Migomoru, loosely translated as Three Year Delivery, that was released in 2006. As the title might imply, it is about a woman named Fuyuko who is unable to give birth to her baby and thus stays pregnant for three whole years, becoming quite large towards to end. It goes without saying at the time, that me and many others went crazy trying to find how to watch the full film. Of course nowadays you just type it into the youtubes or something and just watch it there.
Anyway, in the unheard of directors cut that is totally in my head, Fuyuko's kid still doesn't want to be born and decides to shack up in his mom for about oh, twenty or so more years, much to the consternation to Fuyuko.

Managed to find a find a trailer on YouTube. Looks like a it could be a quirky, funny movie.

I swear whoever made that movie must have a preggo fetish, because there is no other reason I can think of for anyone to make a movie like that

A version of the film where that pregnancy passes a decade or two would be absolutely unbelievable
