True, not a consistent size throughout. But I think it's safe to assume that the ovum is comparable to a human's; which is 0.1mm in diameter, which would make him considerably larger than 1/10000000cm, since the conversion is 1cm to 10mm.
So he's about 1/10th the size of this egg which is 0.1mm, so he's reasonably 0.01mm in diameter, so 0.001cm.
