Doctor Laura's practice treats preds and what ails them. She herself ails as well from the loss of a partner. Can she keep it together when her patients are just as likely to be her predator?

Title is a play on medicare. Set in the "Digestion Election" universe and deals a bit with the politics between pred, prey and switches in a vore society. It also has smut, lots of smut.

Done by request of an anonymous commissioner.

The Docs alive!! Nice long read and tbh, I thought that Eva was going to screw over the doc in the end.

I considered leaving it and letting it end right there when she pressed the button. Even gave the commissioner to forgo the epilogue. It would've been so evil to leave it there. Eva was pretty grateful to be alive though so she returned the favor.

A rare happy ending for you, but I loved this. Very cute.

I aim to be unpredictable. I really want my readers to not know where things will end up. It's one of my pet peeves with vore stories, knowing 5 paragraphs in where things will end up. The commissioner let me do this one happy though.

I need to examine what I have more of though. Happy or sad endings?

I have been thinking about this story for the past 3 days. I've never experienced a look into the minds of both pred and prey with this level of emotion, especially one made so real by this amount of world building. It threw me for a loop emotionally. I think that lighthearted ending might have saved my soul.

I know the feel. I'm glad I ended it like I did and the commish allowed it!

I'm also glad you left it open ended on what happened to the reformercrat girl. She's basically doing exactly what I headcanon myself doing when I read about vore settings that are a little too dark for my taste, and the fact that she was included in the story kind of scared me, but also implied their are other people in her world doing that. So with no set ending for her, her situation was kinda left in a weird flux of arousing and heartwarming. She could have been lost forever, or she could have been rescued by her reformercrat friends. It's like Schrodinger's bad end.
