It's sweat, and yeah I currently got a thing going on for it :)
Simple to do as well, just set a layer to 20% opacity, dab on some black dots, put some white dots in those black dots. Presto, you have a sweaty pred.

Another rarely seen but great character in an awesome scenario. Love that you kept the hair sharp and didn't smooth it out looks sweet.

In all seriousness, now that NAC and I talk on discord pretty much daily now, except when he expresses his true inner hermit lifestyle, it's just become my usual hunting grounds for shitposting. If it makes you feel better (and elicits a public snarky responce outta NAC), I'll start it up again.
