From an actual discussion with a fellow vore recently. Up until last year there had never been a confirmed case of an adult human swallowed by a snake. Now we've had TWO in a year, an Indonesian man and a woman from the same area. Not big adults, but adults.

Up until this happened I always argued that such events must be extremely rare or else we'd know about them. Extremely rare meaning maybe a few a century. It takes a record-breaking snake to work its jaws over a human's shoulders, was the thinking.
Now I think it's more likely that these events are more common than you'd think, but most of the people it happens to make their way smoothly through the snake's digestive tract without anyone being the wiser. It's hard to report a big snake attack from inside a big snake. 83

Uvuzi is one of the best preds. <3

I read those articles too and wondered if they would show up in art around here. I am pretty convinced those incide ts are rare but not as rare as their reports. So maybe Uvizi just figured out she could hunt more frequently with no one noticing?

Most of my preds are extremely secretive and only escape retribution because no one knows they eat people. Uvuzi often gets meals because she's cute and fuzzy and she goes to great lengths to make sure no one knows what happened to her prey. Though the officials in Monstertown know she eats people so she has to be well behaved when she's there.

I know. I just read "What if far more people disappeared than the public knew or cared about already?" into her cute face.

You ever try to report inside of a snake? There is zero cell signal inside of one and 2nd of all they are very judgemental

Unfortunately, that's likely wishful thinking, because sadly, the world isn't that awesome...
But we can dream....

Two in one year, though. There are a lot of big snakes in the Amazon rain forest and a lot of forest (and snake digestive tracts) to get lost in.

Sounds like you need to head to the Amazon to do some on the ground investigation! ;P

None quite as big as the man-eaters, though. Only reticulated pythons really get as long as twenty feet, from what I've heard

Anacondas are much bulkier than retics. An eighteen foot anaconda could probably manage prey a 23 foot retic can, and that's the size of snake that swallowed the most recent victim.

Well, guess I'm never going to Indonesia or the Amazon

It’s easier inside of a robot snake, they are basically a router not that it does you much good
