The little vulpix finally gets her reference! Blanche was actually worked on months ago, but I didn't know where to go with her, so she was close to being scrapped. Luckily I just left her in the backburner for a while, and now she is here! Officially!

well i wonder that maybe she could do better as a alolan ninetails, she can freeze her enemies in place for a cold meal or snack ^^
