It's now canon, Mama Inko is absolutely huge in all continuities, towering above everyone as a part of her Quirk! All of Deku's many ladyfriends gape at how huge she is, and they got a LOT to live up to, since Inko is his baseline for beauty!
Related to this is an idea I've done in some of my BNHA stuff lately, that Deku can imbue others with the power of One For All, amplifying their quirks to the same extremes as it at full 100 percent, but with girls, it also makes them into hyper curvy giants! Thus, perhaps he gave his mama a good night kiss, giving her all the power to make her dreams come true, and now she's just the right size for him to live on her! And making her a true powerhouse!
(Alternatively, AU where Inko was given the power of One For All by All Might, married him, and she's now a superheroine working to make a world where her darling Izuku can have a dream of being a hero; maybe she is out to gobble up All For One, get his Quirk and then take the Quirks of all villains and give them to her boy!)

Ooo that be very interesting! And Deku is such a ladies man, he'd give all the girls little kisses, unintentionally bestowing his insane power onto them! And because he loves his mama most of all, she gets the majority of his power!
I actually was thinking of an AU where Inko's quirk isnt exactly levitating objects toward her, i was thinking its a quirk based on repelling and attracting, and all having to do with her body mass! Depending on how massive she is, she can attract any object like a magnet (this is especially good for gobbling up her Izuku or some food he'd laid out for her) but she also has nearly invincible skin, as no matter how sharp an object or how powerful, it simply be jiggled off her tummy, absorbed by the soft, rich blubber on her (think of the Blob from Xmen, but WAY sexier) ^w^
