Her cravings will go in two ways
a) she will sometimes vore a few people however, she will mostly ask willing prey for this as being pregnant hampers her movements
b) she will want Danny to still have sex with her whenever she craves.

Why did I just have the mental image of Jennifer having cravings and going "I need more peanut butter sandwiches and tatter tots!" With a belly big enough to look like she's eaten someone as Danny runs out the door knowing not to deny a pregnant woman her needs?
