A fusion of Bill and Sarah, Poison is a mesh of there minds and yet still divided at the same time.
Sarah is the main mind that controls the main body,tail,wings and the weapons on and with the main arms.
That is why it look's female.
Bill is the 2nd mind that controls the 6 at a time sharp and/or blunt tendrils that shoot from there body to attack or defend by morphing dense shields with rapid successes.
Plus who don't like extra arms that protect and attack for you?
Bill also acts as the warning seance and tracking so they can keep track of foes and not loose sight of them!
AKA no blind spots!
The fused and 3rd mind is a berserker and if one of the two main minds get shut down or KO it takes there place and becomes highly aggressive twards the attacker until the down mind is woke again.
Even though Poison looks female it has no gender and the genitals and nipples have been replaces with raiser sharp teeth that can extend out like tendrils to inflict bite damage with a dark and poison combo effect that not only attacks the body but the mind to!
All powers the previous two forms are available and have been boosted 4x with a size and strength boost of 4x and speed of 3x !
Making Poison a little shorter than Emic but just as if not more hardy as them.

+ other powers from both party's.
But there is always a catch....Time limit....Damn.
You get 30-min and "poof" back to grape Jellybean and catgirl with wings.....
But that should be enough to at least fuck up a foe if not kill.

Well there are 3 minds in it.
The main one witch would be Sarah.
My one that controls all the extra powers like finding and keeping track of the enemy while defending from it and attacking it.
And the 3rd mind that is a mix of both minds and the one that takes the place of a passed out mind.
It's a bit like Venom from spider-man or the creatures from the anime series Parasite.
Plus to pull of some of the crazy shit like multiple limbs I think you would need more than one mind to do it.
