The life of an assassin frequently leads one to dispose of well known, and popular targets. The illusive Racer #69 is both extremely popular, and extremely despised; her immaculate driving career has destroyed numerous setups and schemes centered around the track, and it's no surprise someone eventually put out a hit on her. It's of equally little surprise that the assassin's preferred method of dispatching her quarry might be met with... obstruction.
