Mariam has reached the end of the journey, and prepares to confront the kidnappers and save her people. She does not know it, but the events that take place at the base of the tree will impact the course of events throughout Skyvale.

That was a underwhelming ending, how is being indigestible a curse.
Maybe there is a reformation aspect that survived?

I was afraid this might happen. Would have this story have been better if Mariam had a more 'happy' ending? Or was something else the problem?
Also, its less of a curse and more of an internal ability to avoid being digested. This was just a way to show how the golden stone could take powers away from others like it was hinted at in Revival.

Revisiting this story because I got distracted seeming what full tour stories you did.
Did the indigestible power show up later in the storyline, was there a plot reason asides from stone the character existed?

No there was no other purpose for it, and to this day I am still disappointed with the shallowness of it. Doesn't mean I'll never have a character who can't be digested again.

You write so many stories, simple probability is going to have some of them be stinkers, and it was a cool vore scene, just a underwhelming ending for a character. I also loved the Vore scene that introduces this character, I love a vore scene where there is a lucky survivors, but there are less lucky prey to show why the prey is lucky. I also like fearplay with a happy ending.
Considering it is a fantasy setting, you could find a way to write the character back in, the fic does not cover digestion much so maybe the fish got bite in half by a sea monster, or breaking/damaging the stone give her the indigestible power back and it became a reform power. This may risk death is cheap and disappoint people who liked the story.
What your favorite fic you wrote that you think have the best themes.

If for whatever reason I happen to rewrite this series, one thing I would alter is that I would have Mariam survive, escape the island with the Resistance, and then play a part in Season 4.
My favorite is Garkel, easily. While the first six chapters really just exist for worldbuilding and characters, parts seven through twenty, including the bonus chapter, I think were some of my best work so far. I really enjoy the whole shrunken storyline of "The Next Chapters" and the emotional rollercoaster that is "The Final Chapters".
Since you asked, what content have I made that you really enjoyed and want to see more of?

Human in a dragon orgy was great and I was cheering for the prey to live, not that lucky, but the interaction between the preds and prey was good.
Bath and silence in the library series was also fun. I kind of like dark themes in the story, they feel more intense that way but I also feel like I want a happy ending or so I tell myself.
One of the favorite stories I have read that you have not done is https://www.furaffinity.net/view/14677557/ prehistoric hunters and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41538023/ skagzilla gluttony.
For a moment when you mentioned grackle I thought you were talking about this grackle series https://aryion.com/g4/view/335731 and got confused.

I see, so you really like the non-fatal/full tour content that is not outwardly obvious that it's going to be non-fatal.
I did say Garkel, not Grackle, but if you're aware or both stories, then I can understand the confusion!

I liked the frog vore, it is not too often that kind of vore is shown^^ I wish it was more of it, but I must say that their stomach juices seems almost unbelievable strong since they managed to digest the girls that fast! Poor Mariam always a bit too late.
I agree a little bit with Brenden above that this seemingly end? of Mariam was bit of an anticlimax regarding her adventures so far.

Frogs are one of my favorite predators ^^
I'm sorry the ending for this chapter was disappointing :(
