Looks like Nora finally got fed up with Preston's constant whining about settlements.
Or maybe that isn't Preston in her belly and not his outfit. Perhaps it is Nora's general oufit and she just threw it off to devour and digest a settler in peace and comfort.
Or maybe nobody got eaten and somebody instead climbed into her pussy or ass.
Eaten or unbirthed, willingly or not; I'll leave the details to what exactly is going on here up to your own imagination.

Uncanny valley is strong in this one, I had not figured out how to make convincing eyes yet by this point. It's still a weak point.
These images were originally created as experiment/preview for Fallout Vore.
They are bullshots though, not screenshots. This has been rendered with 3ds max.

Fallout 4 as you all know belongs to Bethesda.
All furniture, architecture, prop models, and their textures are created by bethesda. They are the ingame models (edited where needed). The textures have been editted to work with shaders I created for mental ray renderer to sort of match the ingame look.

The character consists of:
the hair, eyelashes, eyebrows and facemodel by Bethesda using textures by Bethesda and my own skinshader for the face.
The body is CBBE by Caliente using textures made by Caliente with my own skinshader.
The eyes are a model by me with my own eyeshader. For the texture I lifted the blue iris from Bethesda's eye texture. Character didn't feel like a fallout character with my own iris.
The belly is modelled and textured by me and uses that same skinshader again. A version of this belly was used to bake the normal maps for Fallout Vore.
