When a mother is caught off guard by the number of guests at dinner, she makes the only polite choice: to feed herself to her unexpected guest.

This was a Free First Friday story written by  Immortalsane which was sponsored by  CindyTaur. I'm happy they approved of my story submission, which was Thanksgiving themed.

Because I'm a softie and like birds (especially mama birds), may I ask something?

If, hypothetically, the family or Emily were made aware of the missing pot pie, could Emily be persuaded to spit Leda back up and eat the pot pie, or would she refuse and keep Leda inside?

I get that the finality behind the vore is the selling point of this story for most people, but as someone who...really, really isn't comfortable with the idea of mothers being eaten, I'd...

I dunno, I guess that I like a true happy ending where everyone lives and all that. Since this is a hypothetical question, that means that there's a version of the story where Leda doesn't die and her baby gets to live and all that.

I understand that this is likely not gonna be well-received by some of the people here, just going by the law of averages on the Internet. But, ya know, I'm an idealist and...this kinda thing where it was EASILY AVOIDABLE rather than something that was inevitable makes me just...wanna know the answer to my question for what I guess is closure.

TL;DR - If Sofia told her family and Emily that there were two pot pies, could and/or would Emily spit Leda back up?

Plus, Leda just seems so sweet and I'd rather there be at least one timeline where she lives so that she can have a cute little baby bird to bring more joy into the world.

Thanks in advance for your response, even if I'm probably not gonna get the answer I'd hope for...

On other note, very good story and I hope that you can get the same writer(s) onboard to do more stories (though hopefully not ones where my inner morality overrides the inner vorarephiliac)

Your expectations are well-placed, as Leda would not be let out. I prefer the finality of vore, even if it means a sweet character has to perish. Stories are a safe place to revel in the injustices that vore brings to the table and I don't intend to stop anytime soon.

It's nice to know that Leda was received well enough to have this kind of reaction though.

Well, I suppose that that answers my question. I’ll agree with you that the finality of vore is part of the appeal, though I guess I’m just a wimp when it comes to mothers or pregnant women getting eaten. I also don’t plan on asking you to stop any time soon, since that’d be dickish.

As for my reaction to Leda...well, I have a thing for MILFs and gentle, caring people, so I guess it’s a both protectiveness thing for a sweet woman (who’s also a sexy, pregnant MILF) and a desire to keep her around for fucking rather than eating.

Anyways, thanks for responding and at least giving me ‘closure’ on my question.

If you ever do anything with Leda or her family again (assuming they WEREN’T just a one-off), though, dooo let me know! I’d love to see Sofia or Leda (or female/pregnant birds in general) gulping down some prey in erotic fashion~

Have a good one, man, and sorry if I come across as overly formal or...well, WEIRD/taking things too seriously. I’m just not that good at social stuff, having Asperger’s Syndrome and all, and I prefer to be more...careful and polite when I talk to people cuz I’m afraid I’ll say the wrong thing and make people angry when they don’t have to be.

Anyways, again, have a good one, Slimshod!

You've got your preferences, like we all do. Just be wary of where you go as it may not be somewhere you'll like.

I can understand that sentiment as I have similar ideas/feelings but the desire to have them eaten usually wins out.

This family was very much a 1-off and I do not plan on doing anymore with them. My primary characters are in my gallery. But if you want to come up with a story for them before or after this one, feel free to talk to Immortal about it.

You did a good job of not being overly pushy about things so I thank you for that. Too many times it devolves into jerkish nonsense so it was nice to have a decent convo for a change. Thank you and I hope you find more content that suits your tastes.
