Well, here it is, folks! This is the form Ilias has taken after gobbling up Alice and the Four Heavenly Knights, plus three Lilith Sisters. Also a couple expressions on the bottom, because hey, that's always nice.
She's gotten B I G. So big she's nearly twice the size of her original form - hence that silhouette down there. She's also probably, like, quadruple-digit pounds because of how mass works, but hey, she wears it well!
Complete that with draconic limbs, slime hair, fluffy tails that can eat people, and a cute pair of ears, and this goddess has it all!
That said, I think this is a fair stopping point for this series. Her design has been getting more and more complicated with every iteration, and it's been taking a loooot of time each stream that I'd like to give to other characters. Maybe I can revisit it and feed her the Six Ancestors and Alice the First, someday. But, at least for now, I won't feel guilty if I leave the goddess alone for a while.
Still, these references are here for anyone else who wants to use them for whatever. You want a ludicrously transformed Ilias that fits the role of "Light and Dark combined" without being tentacle city? Then here you are!

I would like to see her eat the rest of the power houses in the series, then somehow get eaten herself, unlikely as it may be. But I would image that she would at least have room for a town of monsters.

This but skinnier, probably. Also, Alma's cape wouldn't be obscured. Her usual dress definitely would have been shed off, anyway, as she got taller and binged on the Lilith sisters.
