Favorite rival is brandon/may because they tend to be the least obnoxious and aren't place in to brutal of places

Hm nurse joy prey is interesting. But I also like victreebel preds. Alltough I'd love to see some Bellsprout preds someday XD still great art as usual
Favorite rival ...hm...by design I quiet like Shauna and Serena. But character I always liked silver from HG/SS. Having a criminal as your rival is cool and makes it less obnoxious and annoying imo.

I imagine the turn over rate for Nurse Joys in that particular poke center is quite high. Especially if this is their means of healing a pokemon.

That's a pretty darn fine busty Nurse Joy. I like how casual the trainer is about her pokemon making a meal out of her. Nice work and I agree there is a lack of Nurse Joy, thanks for filling the void.
