They do not, as for now they're just rando doodle characters. Might make them into characters later, but right now I have enough characters to deal with .u.

There's never enough characters~.
Besides, last i checked you currently don't have any named naga/nagi characters, so these two would be quite unique among all the bipeds you've got.

Well facial wise they wouldn't stand out much :v
And while no specific naga characters, a few are capable of shape shifting into one. Such as Grim and Apep / Obsidian Guardian

Making different faces is something i often times struggle with as well, but i'd say they're unique enough, just needs some colouring and such.
I don't really feel like shapeshifting counts, plus more often then not they're in their more humanoid shape/bipeds.
