I don't mind the hunters getting eaten, but seriously, a group of hunters without guns, or weapons of any sort?

At least one, or more, of the Fox anthros ought to be dead - unless they're like werewolves with an allergy to silver and the hunters have no silver.

I mean, look at "Dog Soldiers" - British army grunts versus a pack of werewolves - they put up a fight if nothing else, even with the odds against them, and most getting eaten.

I mean, where's the equivalent of Spoon going mono-y-lupin against a werewolf with basically his bare hands and almost coming out on top, if not for that second werewolf.

i based the hunters on the stereotypical "british upper-class fox hunters" who are usually not armed when on a hunt as they use a pack of hounds to chase and kill animals whilst the hunters follow on horseback. these aren't the sort of people who hunt for food or survival - but rather for fun so i like to think karma will catch up with them one day.

Well, if they knew about the fox anthros (and their appetites), and still didn't bring weapons, then they were dum-dums. Seriously - when you know there's dangerous predators around, you bring some sort of weapon.
