Given how much K'Zar eats already, I wonder how many delicious victims will have to go in there to merit 'now he's eating for two', haha. Herald, I think you have your work cut out for you!
The gentle hand on Herald's head in direct contrast to the struggle going on inside is a neat one, haha. And it looks like the kid is pretty small as of yet - is this still very early on in the pregnancy, or will the kid not be too big when born (relative to K'Zar, anyway!)

Thanks for the comment! Herald will definitely need to step up his game, haah...
As for the young half-orc, I'd say he's about 3 months into the pregnancy at the moment, but in my next art I will depict around the mid-second trimester. I like seeing how that progresses, and it's always cute seeing a swollen pregnant tum!
