A fun thing that https://www.furaffinity.net/user/karmas-a-vitch/ did a bit ago. Took a RL pic of me in some gear and drew my character over it with a full belly.

Looks like I was having fun with someone that wound up in my belly. I like to think in this one, the meal knew what they were getting into and was/is happy about it.
