Several days after Camilla made a meal out of the three girls, her body is still working on the girls. However, they have already lost their forms and are no more than soup at this point. Camilla felt that a Queen needs to look clean too, so she squeezed into a nearby shower and eventually just lets the water wash off all the nasties from her form as she dreams of what he body will look like after she has finished absorbing what remains of her meal.
