The naga and the racist By nervousvampire -- Report

No this does not get real world political, just vore fantasy world political in concept

I've mentioned that arachne and naga's are generally hated in this world (despite nagas being my go to race oops) but I really wanted to go deeper into that and with this one I did.

Yes I know taur tends to stand for a half human being with four legs but I could think of no better term so I settled for taur. The races are split into four categories.
-Humanoid being anything that has no extra features, just four normal limbs head, elvs dwarvs and orcs fall into this catagory.
-demi being stuff like harpies, bunnies, ect and the most common anything that is mostly human but will have animal traits depending on their species like animal ear, wings instead of arms, tails ect.
-taurs anything that's more 50/50 like mermaids arachne and nagas. They always have the lower half of an animal regardless of leg count.
-and lastly undead any race can be an undead.

Names were chosen as such
-Lam for lamia, a greek gueen turned snake vampire that tears out her eyes and eats babies (why I refuse to call my nagas lamias)
-circe greek goddess/demi goddess in some versions of magic, really liked turning men into pigs.
-Hera Lamia's tormentor in greek mythology who cursed her.

thank you. I wanted to do some world building and show that not all vore of the world is willing or pleasant and that the world itself has it's own issues.
By the way it commented twice for some reason.

That's totally valid. I'm a bit more inclined toward willing vore myself, but you write unwilling vore quite well too.

oh most of this series and what I do in general is willing but this was a departure.
This is part of an anthology series set in the same world where vore is common and beloved

Oh? I might have to check your other stories out then, willing vore is more up my alley.

most of my stuff is willing so you won't be lacking for stuff to find though a large chunk of it is fate fanfic related. But at the top of this is a day in a world of vore. If you click on that you will find a bunch of one offs set in this world though far more cute and less torturous for the prey

Ya I wanted this to be dark compared to most of my stuff from this series. I've had a few moments of dark themes like implied domestic abuse, implied racism and the like but this was the first time it's front and center showing a darkness to the world that until now has only been minor or implied.

As for her tail, That's more left up to the reader but I personally prefer to think it's to late, it just adds that extra layer of despair for Lam.

Good gosh, what a story. Your descriptions of the entire scene was so astoundingly raw, I really felt for poor Lam!

I like this story. What you did with the worldbuilding is pretty cool and original; it turns the tables on the classic setup where lamias are predators by having one be prey, and it turns the tables again by having the prey get rescued.

As for the description, I've also wondered what terms could be used for non-human species as I don't really like the term "Monster Girl" - not sure if I agree on lamias counting as "taurs", but I can see it. Personally I'd classify lamias as scaley/scalekin, arachnes as bugfolk and mermaids as seafolk, looking more at their inspiration's overall group than at the body type per se.
