A village in the Clover Kingdom’s Forsaken Realm is under attack and Finral uses his Spatial Magic to evacuate everyone to safety. However, something causes the Magic Knight’s spell to go awry, resulting in a miniscule destination portal...that opens right inside his squadmate Asta’s stomach! Finral doesn’t realize his mistake until he follows the last person through the portal and finds himself crammed into a tight, fleshy chamber with a throng of hapless, panicking commoners....
