I'd like to imagine she's being used as "pokeballs" for the rest of her team.
Then someone would ask "Where's her trainer then?". That's what her stomach bulge would be, in a personal place where they could command Gardevoir to go or do whatever she's required :y

Nice. I have always wanted to write a story with a Gardevoir keeping her trainer in her womb to protect him/her. Their trainer controls the Gardevoir’s body
