Great story and my only complaint is that I wish it could've continued for longer lol. More of her time spent in the snake and maybe a bit of digestion included would've made this the perfect story. Thank you for another great preg prey story though!
Different possible ways of doing it, too.
Maybe the mother is digested, leaving the baby behind to live in the stomach and maybe be brought back up regularly to interact with the predator in the outside world.
Maybe the mother isn’t digested and gives birth in the stomach, nursing her baby while they’re both being squeezed and churned.
Maybe they’re both digested, but they respawn in the predator’s stomach each time, so the baby has been food for the one they live inside since before they were born.

Whenever I see pregnant prey I imagine the babies being born and raised inside the pred’s stomach, which they think of as where they belong.

All solid ideas, but none I believe will fit my niche.
