Here's a idea tossed off, a werewolf boy with marks on his body in his werewolf form, his human form is default mechanic, if a prey is caught by him, the player can choose which vore method they want, otherwise they can have a default to their preference against a male predator, or they can offer themselves to the human/werewolf forms, under certain conditions.

The kind of stage would have to relate to nature like forests, grasslands, etc even a dungeon works.

As for an idea, well if you like to have OCs in it, how about a stealth/chase stage with Sarah?

It would be in a park during the night, so limited light and lots of spots to hide, while she's on a hunt. You have to sneak past her and if you get caught you are eaten, but around the park there are other people roaming about and you can lure Sarah to them so they get eaten, progressively slowing her down as they fill her belly. The stage is beaten by either feeding enough people to Sarah so she can't chase you anymore (or she's just satisfied) or successfully eluding her to the end of the stage.

Level idea Clarissa's tabletop game.

You've been shrunk by Clarissa and now need to play her game to escape.

Fantasy themed enemies and platforms on a huge kitchen table with like dice, pens, and other objects you'd expect to see on a D&D table laying around. At random points you'll need to hide from Clarissa herself as she's gotten hungry, hopefully she just takes some pretzels for now...

hmm... well...
How about a stealth-based level where You need to sneak past the pred? The pred moves at a faster speed, but there are a few spots where you can hide. You win if you manage to simply escape
The settings would either be the city streets in the midnight, or dense forest in the twilight

Another idea I had was an escape room sorta deal, but since you're making a platformer, prolly not.

Her level is that you have something and she wants it(it can either be some sort of treasure or she might want something you already have) and you have to spend the level avoiding her if she catches you(was thinking of either her fighting you or just straight up eating you) you lose and get eaten by the small goblin

Taki is a minion turned powerful mage. she ate her former master and creator's grimoire, mistaking it for an old steak (she was on a forced diet, things look funny then) shes kinda squishy and easy to overpower physically save for when shes hungry. nerdy and a dork, easily distracted by throwing collectables. shes kinda scary for the magic she can actually use?
