Sound the alarms! NEW OC ALERT!!
A while back when Pokemon Legends: Arceus's new trailer was released, I came to the conclusion that Basculegion is really, really cool-looking.
So, the natural course of action was to make it into a gijinka! I made a concept-art design based on psuedo-fantasy-ish ronin/samurai armor, and was really happy with how it looked so I made it into an official thing. And I also gave him a naginata as a weapon because i thought it'd look really cool!
So, meet the ghost-fish warrior Senrei! Powered by the souls of fallen warriors, he always is searching for new strong opponents to do battle with and potentially add to his own strength~
Even though I'm really happy with his design, he will still be a work-in-progress and parts of his character will potentially change depending on wether more lore/info about the respective Pokemon he is based off of gets revealed. x3

TBH, finding a good-enough name is like...one of the hardest things when designing an OC and being like "yes I want to keep them as more than just a one-shot thing." XD

Coming up with names is probably the hardest bit of any design, be it a character, or a landmark or location in a story, that shit is wild XD
But i think he came out really great! He and Maverick are just... MMMMMMM, prime time.

Thanks! Hopefully I'll have more inspiration to play around with his character soon~ (I do have another drawing that was finished recently of him that I will be uploading later on so stay tuned! ;) )
