The Khanum of Outworld surveyed her domain; the old throne stood in the center of a dilapidated colosseum in midst of an empty world. She had long outgrown the symbol of her hard-fought rule, both metaphorically and literally. In one palm rested the skull of a long-forgotten adversary, in the other she clutched the rest of their remains-another indistinguishable percentage of the fat that made up her dense, adiposian physique.

She had become akin to that of a waddling Krypt, entombing those of whom dared to oppose her ascending the throne. After meticulously devouring near every one of her father's generals-even her dear sister was not spared the confines of her digestion-something that lead to the unintentional victory in Earthrealm's favour, during the subsequently undermanned Mortal Kombat Tournament-she made short work of those vying for the throne in the wake of Shao Kahn's presumed demise. She knew her father would return eventually, as he always had-until he returned from the NetherRealm, she knew it was her responsibility to eliminate all opposition to her rightful place as Princess of Outworld.

So, one by one or in plentiful batches, the Kombatants fell to her hunger: The Osh-Tekk people spoke in terrified whispers of her gnashing maw and bottomless stomach; The forces of Earthrealm, no longer even at risk of invasion in light of their recent victory, rushed to pull their forces away from providing relief for Outworld refugees and recall them back to their homeworld in fear of garnering the attention of the ruinous Khan; Bi-Han hibernated in Quan-Chi's fortress, abandoned after the necromancer fell to Scorpion's blade years past, the ghost perplexed by the decline in souls that inevitably seeped from all worlds into the NetherRealm.

For Mileena had been thorough in her conquest-consuming both flesh and soul in a mastery of carnal gluttony that put both Skarlet and Shang Tsung's best efforts to shame. The former of which had long since disappeared inside the abomination, apprehended and summarily devoured upon learning of her plan to work with both the scattered tarkatan hordes and Osh-Tekk warriors under Baraka and General Kotal's commands, respectively.

The two former subordinates of her father had been spared her appetite for a time, but due to Skarlet's unfortunate refocusing of her attentions, her mercy was brought to a swift and acidic end. Both generals met a gruesome end in her digestive tract, their people slowly following their leaders towards a steady extinction. Tarkatans and Osh-Tekk alike disappeared from the realm as their great culture and heritage became nothing more than an especially heavy layer of blubber to coat her sides.

The population of Outworld dwindled towards zero, all inhabitants of the barren wasteland consolidated within The One Being left to preside over a realm devoid of any notable life. Her father had not returned. Years had past since Earthrealm had won The Final Mortal Kombat Tournament, no doubt the Elder Gods had imprisoned the former Kahn's souls somewhere impossible for him to escape. Left alone, she had eliminated all possible threats to their lineage-established total dominion at the cost of subjects to rule.

Mileena stared into the empty sockets of the offending bone, as if some revelation might be found amongst the blackened indents. Her body stood with the immeasurable weight of an entire world consumed and boiled down into dense muscle coated in plush fat; yet, even having devoured billions, the soft groan of an ever-lasting ache deep within her core echoed throughout the crumbling sandstone halls...


And, here is another image of my favorite Mortal Kombat character (aside from Noob Saibot, of course)! This is an in-direct followup to the last sequence I got of her, in which she ate nearly every other female ninja in the series. Now, she's gone from that to eating... well, everyone else. And all of Outworld. I guess she's just super dense now, or something? Or maybe eating their souls also makes people very compressible. Who's to say!
