Shortbread is quite possibly my favourite kind of cookie, especially with a cherry in the middle. And in this case, a tiny Taffy in the middle!
She looks a little awkward, it was kind of a hard pose. Supposed to be leaning over the cherry but it doesn't look quite right... oh well, she still looks scrumptious!
So.. want a cookie?

Oho! Now that you mention it, I'm gonna have to bake a batch of shortbread cookies and perhaps give them to some coworkers because of how many cookies our house has already baked this holiday season! Xd

Ugh, I can't bake for now, not until I move again, but these cookies were a huge tradition in my family. I'd bring them to school and jobs - so easy to make a few 100 of them at once!
