First draw of the new year! As I had mentioned before, I want to give Vivi more focus this year. It probably won't be quite on the level of the Year of the Metroid, but I do like having a bit of focus and it's high time I start fleshing out Vivi in art more.

I wasn't really planning to do anything related to the year of the tiger, but then the idea of Raikou Vivi came to mind, and the tagline "Let's make this year legendary!" absolutely sold it for me. She's such a goober and I love it XD.

Well not "new" new, Vivi's my Eevee girl that's been around for a bit, she just showing of a new form to ring in the new year. In any case glad ya like!
