Mdogo is very strong for his size, but that size is little. If the dog weren't tied up it would easily wriggle free and escape.
But it is tied up, and as its head slides into Mdogo's stomach and the badger's whole body cavity fills with dog, it can only hope he gives up and spits it out before it runs out of air.
Badgers are stubborn, though. Very, very stubborn.

Indeed. I believe it is a scientifically proven fact that badgers, and honey badgers in particular, are flat-out born without a single flying fuck to give.
