Sorry to say it's not as effective as you think. It's only because the "arbiter" here is weaker then the others as he didn't get the same enhancement the rest of the, I'll call them "freak squad" got.

It's still pretty powerful whilst having decent range. Also appears to be separate from the wielder, meaning you can potentially swap and/or mix weapons as needed.

if people use this in combination with other spells after being heavily optimized, you could theoretically make a homing missile with immense power, in this case simply by adding Gretal's advanced scripts they could make something like an atomic bomb.
